• The "Bank" means Ctb Private Merchant Bankers.
      
• The "Client" means person applied for the services of the Ctb Private Merchant Bankers having stated that he (she) agrees to the Bank's Terms and Conditions.
      
• The "Account" means each separate account held with Ctb Private Merchant Bankers and identified with its number.
      
• The "Account holder" means the Client that has one or more accounts with Ctb Private Merchant Bankers.

General terms and conditions

1. The bank may, at any time, vary the present Terms and Conditions with immediate effect to reflect changes in market condition, good banking practice and legislation. Generally Terms and Conditions may be varied after giving a client not less than one month's notice except where applicable legislation requires immediate change.
   
   

   Separate Terms and Conditions may apply to the Bank's most significant programs. In those cases the Clients are notified respectively.

   Accounts

   The Bank may open an Account to an individual on receipt of the formal application and one of the internationally accepted identity documents. The copy of such document held with Bank has to be certified by lawyer or notary or other official authority or by the Bank's officer being in a position to confirm its validity.
   

   The minimum age for opening an Account is 21
   

   The Bank may open an account to a corporate body on receipt of the formal application, Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Association, Directors resolution on account signatories and signatories' ID.
   

   A single account holder may have any number of accounts.
   

   All credit transactions are available immediately on the opening of account. Debit transactions are available upon receipt by the Bank:
