On-Line Banking

As a client of Ctb Private Merchant Bankers you have instant access to our on-line banking facilities. Your account management area includes three main areas:

• Account settings: You can view and change your account settings such as mailing address, statements releasing option etc. You can open new accounts in your name.

  Accounts review: Here you can see the latest balances of all your accounts, monthly statements as well as historical account development and transactions details.

  Instructions forms. With those forms you can instruct us to perform any transaction you need.

Security Notes

As soon as your account with Ctb Private Merchant Bankers is opened a protected area is created for you on our Tele-Banking. You can chose your user-name and password when filling out the application form. Through this protected area a client has access to all the information about account, funds etc.

For more security a client is given his personal code which is required to give us any instructions concerning the funds, change account settings. This code is never registered on the site/Tele-Banking and is not accessible through the Internet.

However, if you are looking for more security you will be given an option to be asked for email confirmation each time when the external funds transfer is requested from your account. You can switch this option on through Account Settings page on your personal restricted area
