This little story is a continuation from part 1. of the 'Charles Bello' saga. It has become "muchd to big fors it pagings" as Igor might say.

The story so far ...

Igor's initial hesitation to a carefully targetted email was swiftly swept aside by Charlies smooth talking and confident manner. After a few tricky questions from Igor and upon verification that Charlie is a genuine and legitimate employee of NNPC, Igor decides to trust him completely. On one or two occasions Igor's near perfect Engrish is not understood correctly and Igor's frustrations begin to show, but Charlies cool level-headedness and determination for the transaction to succeed <Often called "greed", but not in Charlies case, of course> puts Igor on the straight again. Charlie has signed Igor's required bank form <Also called 'The Declaration of Stupidity'> and Igor has correctly translated his genuine bank details. Charlie has sent his not-faked passport and the certificate of deposit. A totally convinced Igor gets independent clarificationings from the real central bankof Nig and all's sweet. Charlie is attracted to the cute goat in the pictures he receives even though he earlier showed a preference for Rams. Charlie then sends three(3) completed approvals, which Igor suggests are joke documents, and gives Igor the option to travel to Nigeria for his last Christmas. This is where you pick up the story ...

What actually happened because i waited for you at the airport
on 25th and 26th of december 2002 to welcome you on arrival but
could not see you. I was totally disappointed when i could not see you.

Why did you go back to Russian without coming for the signing
of the fund release order?. What is the problem?

When i did not see you on 26th, i went straight to central bank of Nigeria
to put up an application for extension to avoid us loosing our already
approved foreign exchange allocation. Our new extension will expire on
the 17th of January 2003 and the fund release order must be signed before
the expiration to avoid us loosing our foreign exchange allocation.

Could you please reply this mail as quickly as possible and inform me when
you are coming back to Nigeria next week for the signing so that your account
will be credited with the approved contract sum. I hope that all the gifts you bought

The photos you took with my client where two of you are standing and the one you wore
father christmas bears are with me. I can go to an extent you will regret if you
still persist to do what is right. With that your picture alone in my hand, you are
finished when i am ready to deal with you. Though, i am a christian and will like to
handle the matter the way it will be good to the eyes of man, but have no choice to
